A new, modern-style apartment in a brand-new small residence with a pool in Affi. We are in a quiet spot that's still close to every essential service, just 2 minutes from the Affi motorway exit and 7 minutes from the lake (Bardolino).
The apartment (approx. 60 sqm) sleeps up to 4 guests and sits on the upper floor: a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with window and shower, and a small storage room with washing machine.
A beautiful covered terrace of a full 20 sqm facing east, plus a balcony accessible from the bedroom facing west onto the garden and pool, complete the outdoor spaces. The property also has a very spacious, easily accessible underground garage parking space.
